Here at The Makeup Parlour I believe YOUR aftercare is what will keep your sets looking great and lasting longer in between fills! Lash extensions are an investment and we want to make sure we take care of them with a few easy steps.
We make this super easy for you and have aftercare products ready and available for purchase.
Our specially designed Lash Bath cleanser and brush set is all you need to keep your lash extensions clean and looking gorgeous!

-The bridal contract will be presented at time of booking.
-You will need to fill it out, sign, and return back to The Makeup Parlour.
-A $100 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date.
-Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
-Trials are not required but a great way to see your desired wedding look!
-You may schedule your trial for other events such as bridal showers or engagements, etc.
-Brides are asked to bring photos of makeup, hair, theme colors, dresses etc to help get an idea of what “look” you are trying to achieve.
-Trials are booked in 1 hour time slots.
-You may also bring any makeup, jewelry etc you want included.
-Please arrive with a clean, moisturized, makeup-free face.
WEDDING DAY INFORMATION
-You should allot approximately 40 minutes per face.
-Please have all ladies arrive with clean and moisturized faces.
- I accept cash and e transfer for payment methods. If paying by email money transfer, the amount is due before the services are rendered.
-All incurred parking expenses must be reimbursed.
Travel & Destination Weddings
-A $25 flat fee is applied to all mobile jobs.
-Please email for all out of town travel & destination wedding inquiries.
You may cancel your event services at any time via email, but please note that deposits are non refundable and non transferable
A valid credit card is required to book
and hold all lash appointments. In the event you do not meet the requirements within our cancellation policy, your credit card on file will be charged.
Due to the nature of our business, all service sales are final sale. No refunds or exchanges on service sales.
The Makeup Parlour accepts cash, credit card and e transfers.
I ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointments to allow sufficient time to produce quality results.
While there are no fees for late arrivals, this will only deduct time away from YOUR service. The service will not be up to the quality I strive to achieve all while still costing you the same price.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may cause inconvenience and delay to the next client’s appointment.
I try my best to accommodate all clients based on circumstances and individual needs, but please understand your appointment may be rescheduled at my discretion. In this event, the cancellation policy will come into place.
NO SHOW POLICY
The Makeup Parlour reserves the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will no longer be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.
I understand that unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. All appointment confirmations are sent via text 48hours prior to appointment and a reminder text is sent 12 hours prior. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-Hours* prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
In the event 24 hours notice is not given I will try my best to rebook the appointment time.
If unable to fill the time slot The Makeup Parlour reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session.
